Terms of service

Last updated October 8, 2026

By creating a Vendor Roster account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a venue or company, you agree on its behalf.

The service

Vendor Roster is a recordkeeping tool for wedding and event venues: each event's outside vendors, their load-in times, their certificates of insurance, and their agreement to your venue rules. It is not insurance or legal advice. A certificate of insurance shows coverage on the day it was issued; it does not prove a policy is still in force. The app checks the dates and amounts you or the vendor enter; confirm coverage with the vendor's insurer when it matters, and ask your own insurer and attorney what to require. Your venue remains responsible for its contracts, rules and insurance requirements.

Your data

Your venue's records belong to your venue. Accessible records can be exported as CSV. See the privacy policy for what we store.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Vendor Roster available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Keep a printed day-of sheet for each event. The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will email account owners about material changes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
